1. Return Policy
a. No Returns for Customized Products:
All products and services provided by Custom Arts are customized to your specifications. As a result, we do not accept returns or exchanges for any custom-made items. We encourage you to review your order carefully before finalizing your purchase to ensure that all details are correct.
2. Replacement Policy
a. Eligible Products:
While we do not accept returns, we do offer replacements for certain categories of products, including electronics and other items specified at the time of purchase. If an eligible product is damaged or not working upon receipt, you may request a replacement.
b. Reporting Damaged or Faulty Products:
To qualify for a replacement, you must notify us within 3 days of receiving the product. Please provide a detailed description of the issue along with any supporting evidence, such as photographs or videos, to help us assess the problem.
c. Replacement Process:
Once we receive your replacement request, we will review the evidence and determine whether the product is eligible for replacement. If approved, we will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you at no additional cost. Please note that the replacement product will be the same as the original item, including any customizations.
d. Non-Eligible Products:
Products that do not fall under the eligible categories for replacement, or those that have been damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or unauthorized modifications, will not qualify for replacement.
