Job Summary:

General cleaning, removes debris, and keeps areas in orderly condition.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities: (Essential Functions)

• Performs cleaning duties which require frequent lifting/bending, operating equipment, emptying trash/plastic bins, bailing plastic for recycling, dumping trash/cardboard into the compactors, etc.
• Duties may include sorting and separating scrap pallets, sweeping, picking up trash, wiping down warehouse walls, putting away supplies, bringing in pallets, and general cleaning inside and out.

Education: (minimum education required)

• High School Graduate.

Skills and Minimum Experience Required:

• Performs work under direct supervision.
• Handles basic issues and problems and refers more complex issues to higher-level staff.
• Possesses a working knowledge of the job.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

• Ability to understand and follow directions. 
• Physical stamina.
• Ability to frequently lift/move heavy objects.

Physical Requirements:

• Medium work.
