Work Schedule: 100%, day shift. Hours are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday. No weekend or holiday hours. You will work at Eastpark Medical Center with rotations at University Hospital in Madison, WI.

We are seeking a
Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistan t to:
- Conduct comprehensive or episodic health history and physical assessment of patients with genitourinary cancers with acute, chronic and/or treatment related health problems.
- Oversee treatment infusions and supportive care needs.
- Provide outpatient urgent visits for patients with genitourinary cancers, as needed.
- Participate in Genitourinary Medical Oncology clinical trial/research activities.

Education: Minimum -
- If Nurse Practitioner: Master's or Doctorate's degree from accredited Nursing Program.
- If Physician Assistant: Bachelor's or Master's degree from accredited PA Program.
Work Experience: Preferred - One or more years caring for hematology/medical oncology patients.
Licenses and Certifications: Minimum - State of Wisconsin NP or PA licensure
If Nurse Practitioner*: - Active RN and APRN certifications and licenses, including prescriptive authority, in state(s) of practice AND
- Active board certification as a NP in area of clinical practice. Adult; Adult/Gerontology Primary Care, Adult/Gerontology Acute Care; Family; or Women's Health.
If Physician Assistant*: - Active PA license, including prescriptive authority, in state(s) of practice AND
- Active PA board certification
All Nurse Practitioner and Physician Assistant applicants must have*: Active DEA license or ability to apply for such license prior to or upon hire.
