Korean Air – Premium Lounge Buffet Attendant $25.26/hr

Deliver exceptional service in one of the most refined airport lounge environments. As a Buffet Attendant in the Korean Air Premium Lounge, you will help create a warm, welcoming, and impeccably maintained dining experience for First Class, Prestige Class, and Elite travelers from around the world. Your role ensures the buffet presentation reflects the elegance, cleanliness, and hospitality standards of Korean Air’s global brand.

What You’ll Do:

• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing buffet at all times.
• Replenish food, beverages, and supplies promptly to support a seamless guest experience.
• Monitor food freshness, temperature logs, and rotation to ensure safety and quality standards.
• Wipe counters, restock utensils, refresh drink stations, and maintain immaculate presentation.
• Work closely with culinary and service teams to anticipate guest needs and support peak periods.
• Provide warm, respectful service when interacting with guests, assisting as needed.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, TSA, OSHA, and Korean Air brand guidelines.
• Support opening, mid-shift, or closing responsibilities as assigned.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bilingual Korean/English is a plus.
• Previous hospitality, food service, or lounge experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, cleanliness, and presentation.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume international lounge environment.
• Professional demeanor with the ability to interact politely and helpfully when approached by guests.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 35 lbs as needed.
• Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays based on flight schedules.
