Comcast NBCUniversal has announced its intent to create a new publicly traded company ('Versant') comprised of most of NBCUniversal's cable television networks, including USA Network, CNBC, MSNBC, Oxygen, E!, SYFY and Golf Channel along with complementary digital assets Fandango, Rotten Tomatoes, GolfNow, GolfPass, and SportsEngine. The well-capitalized company will have significant scale as a pure-play set of assets anchored by leading news, sports and entertainment content. The spin-off is expected to be completed during 2025.
Responsibilities:
General administrative duties: maintaining files, copying, scanning.
Compile and distribute daily paperwork as directed by Production Coordinator.
Prepare and submit expenses/receipts as directed by Production Coordinator.
Set up and coordinate various meals, craft service, events, greet guests.
Make off-lot and on-lot runs to pick up various items for the show.
Maintain the upkeep and stock of the kitchen, copy room, printers, and faxes throughout the office.
Other duties as assigned by Production Coordinator.
Basic Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of television production experience.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

Must have work authorization to work in the United States.
Desired Characteristics:
Previous work experience on talk shows or other daytime television.
Experience working in a fast-paced environment.

Flexible, personable, self-starter, and extremely detail-oriented with the ability to interface with the creative community as well as all levels of NBCU staff.
Ability to work well with others and collaborate across the organization to achieve goals.

Required On-Site: This position is required to be performed full-time from an NBCUniversal-designated worksite.

Hourly Salary Range: $17.50 - $20.00
